Community Service

  • Club members are expected to complete 30 hours of community service each school year.
  • Students should record a Service Hours Log throughout the year.  CLICK HERE to open and print a copy of the Service Hours Log.  You can also stop by Mrs. Jordan’s room for a copy.
  • The Service Hours Log requires a confirmation signature from an adult organizer of each event.

 

 

SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

  • The Student Council is hosting a Trunk-Or-Treat even on October 25th form 6-8 pm int he staff parking lot.  If you would like to participate by decorating your car, please fill out the link in the @stuco.mphs Instagram bio to reserve your spot.  Bring your own candy.  You can also sign up to help with face painting.  You will receive 4 service hours for either option.

MPHS Beta Club is the academic honor club for MPHS. We are affiliated with the National Beta Club. MPHS has had a Beta Club chapter for 69 years. We invite 9th, 10th, and 11th graders to join Beta in the spring each year. To receive an invitation, you need at cumulative GPA of at least 4.0 and have had no out of school suspensions. Members of the Beta Club are expected to perform at least 30 hours of community service each year.
