SKILLS NATIONALS – June 2026 – Atlanta, Georgia

William Farrell competed in Electrical Construcion Wiring 1 (Level 2) in Skills Nationals as Mr. Anthony Herin’s 3^rd Nationa Qualifier in 5 years.

William finished 7^th out of 71 competitors in this 2 day event which included residential and commercial wiring as well as a written test and resume submission.

APPRENTICESHIP COMPETITIONS

As an apprentice of Grififn Masonry, Torren Bumgarner was eligible to compete in masonry competitions throughout his career at Mount Pleasant HIgh School. Apprentices must have less than 6000 hours on the job to be eligible.

April 2026 Skills Results

Mr. Anthony Herin has a 5^th State Champion! Senior, William Farrell, placed 1^st in the Electrical Construction Wiring (Level 2), and he has qualified for the Skills National Championship in Atlanta, GA on June 1-5, 2026. We are so proud of William and Mr. Herin!

Our TeamWorks Team of – Alex Ocampo, Senior, Ian Baker, Junior, Mason Holder, Sophomore, Kain Anderson, Freshman placed 4^th in the TeamWorks Competition. The Team has 9 hours to read a blueprint, cut the lumber, assemble the structure, install plumbing, install electrical, and form a brick facade along the bottom.
