12th Grade Immunization Requirements

Dear Parent/Guardian of 11th graders:

Ready or not, your student will soon be a senior. I am sending this as a reminder of immunization requirements for all 12th grade students.

NC law requires every student entering 12th grade to have a booster dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine.

Please contact your child’s healthcare provider or the Cabarrus Health Alliance (704-920-1205) to schedule an appointment to get these important vaccines.

Please remember to ask for an updated copy of your child’s vaccine record so that can be provided to the school.

If you have any questions, please call the school nurse.

Notes were sent home this week with student's whose records are not up to date with the immunization.
